Sunday School at Southern Oaks is a great way to start a new week!  Classes and activities begin at 10 A.M. for all age levels from Nursery through Adults.  Our textbook is the Bible and week after week we learn Bible stories, characters, historical and archeological facts, life principles, doctrinal truths and of the salvation Christ Jesus has for mankind.

Our dedicated staff is consistently working to provide the best experience for all who attend our Sunday school.  On the children's side of Sunday school is two hours of instruction, crafts, song and snack.  The youth and adults meet from 10 AM to 10:45 AM for informative and relative biblical teaching before joining together for Praise and Preaching in the sanctuary.

A shuttle bus is available for those living within a 3 mile radius of the church.  Please feel free to call for a ride.

Christian Intervention  Program

Southern Oaks UPC,

Sunday, 5:45 PM

Southern Oaks United Pentecostal Church is proud to bring to you the Spirit of Freedom Ministries Christian Intervention Program. A 20 week, Bible based, Christian program addressing the alcohol and other drug problems. It is a dynamic tool for freedom from these dependencies. Jesus can set you free. II Corinthians 5:17, Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things become new.

The Southern Oaks United Pentecostal Church partners with missionaries on every continent of the earth to assist in carrying out the great commission of Jesus, to go "into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature" (Mark 16:15).  Our commitment to Global Missions extends beyond sending finance,  we have full time missionaries under appointment with the United Pentecostal Church International from this congregation. In addition, our pastor is heavily involved in this process as a Global Missions Board member of the UPCI and also serves as coordinator and developer for Strategic Advanced Leadership Training in the Africa region.
